Hello all. I'm sorry it has been so long since posting. Some of our Boston friends reminded us that we needed to post more. We have been to Boston for Hayden's post radiation checkup. I am pleased to say that his residual tumor (the parts they couldn't quite get out) has shrunk by 20 to 30%. This is amazing news! We are so thankful for all the prayers that have been spoken on our behalf the last 4 years. I know I mention this a lot but we really couldn't begin to tell you what that has meant. Dr. Liebsch was very pleased. He said that he would have been happy had the tumor stayed the same so for it to shrink and shrink considerably was a huge bonus! We know that we have had some exceptional Drs but God is a beautiful healer! Thank you Jesus for blessing us! We are so thankful.
We will go in a year for another checkup...we don't have to do anything in between except breath! Please continue to pray for Hayden to continue to get stronger on his right side. He is doing well.

Hayden's Story

- Hayden is a happy, energetic 5-year-old who loves to play any kind of sport that is available to him. He also loves to play video games and listen to all kinds of music, not to mention play his instruments which are drums and guitar. It has been about 2 years now since we found out about the brain tumor and from last surgery. This tumor is very rare and is located on his brain stem, which is a very delicate area. If you did not know him, you would just think he is a typical little 5-year-old full of questions and always playing tricks on you to make you laugh. He is so full of life, and we love him very much. Hayden, after surgery in Little Rock, Arkansas, is in Boston, Massachusetts, for radiation treatments. He is in great care and in God's hands, and we are praying for a quick recovery!

We praise God with you all. What great news and answer to many prayers this is. We know we serve a powerful and mighty God. He has truly blessed Hayden and his wonderful and faithful family.
