Update 10/14/08

Hello everyone! I wanted to give an update with the info. that I have thus far. Hayden has had a rough day. He is not producing fluid so they put in another IV. They are also giving him Lasik to produce some fluids. Hayden is definitely having another surgery as early as next week to try to remove the rest of the tumor. He will also have the stabilization surgery at the same time. The dr.'s from Arkansas and Boston have made these decisions feeling it's in Hayden's best interest. They do not feel the proton beam is useful at this point. Our family is being tested yet again. Please pray for Hayden. Also pray that our family can continue to handle the obstacles that we face daily.

Thank you for all the the continued support and prayers!!

Sincerely,
Aunt B

We are continuing to pray earnestly for Hayden and all of you. God has gotten you this far in this horrendous journey, I just know that He will get you through this as well. Thank you for the blog, it helps us so much to be able to keep up with the latest on Hayden.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do on this end. You have our numbers.
Love and prayers to you all,
Cathy and Ken

All of this is hard on the whole family, and Hayden. God is always in control even when it feels like everything is out of our control. He promised us that He will never leave us nor forsake us. He has brought you all and Hayden along way already. He will continue this journey with you. Guiding the doctors to do what is best for your little man.Keep resting and trusting your Heavenly Father. He loves you all so much! I will continue to pray for Hayden and his loving family. You all are a blessing to my life. Love you all and a hug for the boys, Ms Sandra

Christy i heard the weariness in your voice tonight and I want you to know that God is there with you. He has not left you or your family. We all love you so much and pray for Hayden to not be thirsty but that God will quench his thirst. We will continue to pray that the tumor is gone and the MRI will show the miracle you all and we have prayed for. Please try to remember the feel of our hugs over the miles. I pray for rest for Hayden and you and David and Mason and Donita and a renewed strength and hope for what the next days will hold for you. There are so many on this earth that are praying of ALL of you and want you to know this and feel this. As a parent it is so hard to watch your children hurt and not be able to get them to understand that what is being done is for them and for them to view it as helping and not hurting. I pray that this will all be over very soon and all of you are home, healthy and happy.
With all Christ love and all our hugs and strength. Sandy and Jessica
