Hayden's Story

- Hayden is a happy, energetic 5-year-old who loves to play any kind of sport that is available to him. He also loves to play video games and listen to all kinds of music, not to mention play his instruments which are drums and guitar. It has been about 2 years now since we found out about the brain tumor and from last surgery. This tumor is very rare and is located on his brain stem, which is a very delicate area. If you did not know him, you would just think he is a typical little 5-year-old full of questions and always playing tricks on you to make you laugh. He is so full of life, and we love him very much. Hayden, after surgery in Little Rock, Arkansas, is in Boston, Massachusetts, for radiation treatments. He is in great care and in God's hands, and we are praying for a quick recovery!

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to tell you I am thinking of you every hour of the day today....
Donita I know we share our birthdays and thats one special day for us and although yours will be filled with hospital busyness with the days activities I know it is your wish to be right there being the wonderful Mom and Mimi you are.
Dave and Christy...this idea of the blog is a good thing for you and others who may not be able to reach you by phone but can leave you our thoughts and prayers to help you during your days and the days to come.
You have a strong network of friends and family sending warm wishes and strong prayers that will carry you through.

Our prayers are with you as Hayden has his surgery and recovery. We have kept posted by this blog. We (girls @ Lewisburg Water Dept.) check this daily.
